What is Edgeworth?
Edgeworth is Related Ross's waterfront development on South Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach: two towers by Kohn Pedersen Fox on the Intracoastal, with a wellness pavilion of more than 8,000 square feet and a 55,000 square foot sixth floor terrace. The sales team describes two 28 story towers with 184 residences of two to four bedrooms.

What to ask before you sign

- The estimated association fee
- Which floor plate applies to the floor you want, since the plates and the current floor bands differ
